I get it. I used to feel that way too, even as a lifelong professional dancer!
I had no idea how to feel truly comfortable in my body, comfortable in my own skin.
My spirit felt completely paralyzed by all of the judgmental thoughts running around in my mind. I over-analyzed every move I made. I was afraid to go for my deepest inner desires calling me to try the new things that I dreamed about doing.
I was terrified to speak up for myself, and for what I wanted. YEP, I WAS SUPER SHY! (I know, meeting me now you would never believe it).
But that's ALL CHANGED!
I NOW TRUST MYSELF COMPLETELY. I am at ONE with myself. At ONE in body, mind and spirit. I am connected to my BODY. (That is KEY.)
It's the most thrilling journey ever getting in touch with your truth and your power and to escape the monkey mind crazy thoughts that make you feel small, limited, awkward and powerless to CREATE the LIFE of your DREAMS!!!
